I’m passionate about creating products with seamless and frictionless experiences.

Through my work with Tripadvisor and Betafi, I solve product design and UX problems that get overlooked through collaboration, deep judgment, and advocating the user’s perspective while balancing business needs.

UX design empowers me to be more proactive about putting insights into action, thus impacting people’s lives. I’m relationship-driven and believe that a work culture that is committed to inclusion, diversity, accessibility, and prioritizing well-being with empathy and compassion allows us to bring our best selves and diverse perspectives that are valuable to our collaborative work.

My background in ethnographic research transcription required detail-orientedness and strong organizational skills. My knowledge of big data analytics taught me to be analytical and look beyond the numbers to make sense of the chaos. All of this influenced my approach to UX/Product design has to be backed up by research and analytics to make the most significant impact.
